IMT Australia combines extensive industry experience in property development with innovative modular building systems to ensure an end product that exceeds client expectations.

We have two main areas of focus, manufacturing of modular building systems and property development.

IMT Australia designs and manufactures both a full modular building system as well as bathroom pods. Both products are built offsite to reduce time onsite, are fully compliant to Australian Standards and can be quickly adapted to meet other market requirements and can always be tailored to the specific requirements of your project.

As these individual systems are evolving we are fully committed to invest in Research and Development to stay ahead of the market.

The IMT Australia team works between our base in Australia and our new facility in the Shanghai region of China to ensure a seamless delivery of projects. The factory itself is equipped to create up to 70,000 sqm of build per year.

The team is made up of project managers, architects, interior designers, engineers, sustainability experts, quantity surveyors, Building Code of Australia certifiers and logistics experts. We also have a core team of Australian certified licensed builders and tradesmen who are embedded into the off-shore manufacturing processes to oversee construction standards as an integral control within the quality certification process.

In tandem with the modular building systems, IMT aims to be an internationally leading property developer that pushes design limits for the location being developed. We strive to ensure the highest possible quality of finished product to deliver maximum return for investors.
